Accepted Answer

Returns and refunds are covered at https://durashield.co.ke/returns. Faulty, damaged or wrong goods are replaced or refunded. Custom-mixed (colour-matched) paint cannot be returned as a change of mind — the mix cannot be resold — but is replaced or refunded if faulty or if it does not match the approved colour. Refunds use the same payment channel. Start a return on +254 724 038937.
